If you would like to apply for grants from the American Horse Trials Foundation, Inc, please read our brochure and the Event Grant Guidelines. After reading those documents you will need to submit an Event Eligibility Statement and Event Grant Application, both of which can be found on this site. Please read the Eligibility Statement carefully and submit all of the information that is requested.

The minimum eligibility requirement for a horse trial is the preliminary level or better. The minimum eligibility for a three day event is the preliminary level or better. Please keep in mind that the Foundation does no fundraising, that is the responsibility of the individual event. Thank you for your interest. If you have any questions, please call me.

Complete this to be reimbursed for your expenses after you have been approved to receive grants.

Event Report
Complete this event report.

For downloading "Adobe Acrobat Reader", follow the steps below.
  1. Click here to go to Adobe Web Site to download the latest version of the Reader.
  2. Once at Adobe's Web Site, scroll down to the section entitled "Get the free Acrobat Reader".
  3. Under Step 1. Select the preferred language, platform, and location nearest to you.
  4. Under Step 2. Select your interests, & enter your email address.
  5. Under Step 3. Click the "Download" button to begin downloading the Reader.
  6. A new web page will load and will let you know that the download is in progress. Note: Downloading the Reader will take a while, as the program is over 5 MB in size.
